THE \u00abBICOMMUNAL FAMAGUSTA INITIATIVE\u00bb: ANNOUNCEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n The Bicommunal Famagusta Initiative strongly supports and welcomes the formation of the MOVEMENT FOR FEDERAL CYPRUS<\/strong>, urges all sides to avoid actions that undermine the peace process and calls on the two leaders to resume negotiations leading to a comprehensive settlement and a Federal Cyprus.<\/p>\n The Bicommunal Famagusta Initiative was formed in November 2013 out of a desire for a common vision for a sustainable revival of the wider Famagusta region. The Bicommunal Famagusta Initiative will pursue the goal of the revival of Famagusta both before and after a comprehensive settlement, and shall collaborate with all stakeholders, including
